Hi, this is Terri Modica, founder of Good News Ministries of GNM.org. In this short video, I would like to share with you a five-second miraculous prayer. But before I get into that, I want to spend a moment thanking all those who have kept this ministry going through your gifts of support. You know, when the wise men visited the baby Jesus, when they gave him gifts, they were not just acknowledging that he was king of the Jews, nor were they just acknowledging that he was king of the world.
They were acknowledging that Jesus was king of their own personal lives. They gave something meaningful out of their own hearts, their own decisions. Likewise, when you give to Good News Ministries, you are giving a gift to Jesus Christ because you’re helping us continue to take Jesus out into the world and to help spread the truths of the Catholic faith and bring that faith alive to countless people.
Your gift to Jesus, when you support Good News Ministries, acknowledges that he is the king of your life. Let the gift reflect his kingship. Use the link that’s provided with this video in the description to make your donation today to help us keep on going.
And now, I want to give you that five-second miraculous prayer. First, think about a gift that God has given you today. He’s given you more than one gift.
Do this one gift at a time. Think of one gift that he’s given you today and thank him for it. Say, Lord God, thank you for this gift.
And now, here comes the five seconds of miraculous praying. Lord God, hear my appreciation. You know, when we do prayers of petition, we often end it with, Lord, hear our prayer.
But when we give thanks, if we say, Lord, hear my appreciation, it’s going to change something in your own heart, in your own soul even. And that’s the miracle. The miracle prayer is turning your words into your whole being, asking God to hear your appreciation.
Make a habit of that. Every day, pay attention to the good that’s happening. Pay attention to the gifts God is giving you and say, thank you, God, for this gift.
Please hear my appreciation. That’s the miracle, my friend. I pray that you have an awesome new year after a very blessed Christmas season.
