So you were invited to go a Mass, and here you are a Protestant. And you know like, during the covid time, our Protestant brothers and sisters didn’t understand why it was so important for Catholics to go to Mass. They say, ‘Well, you can go out and surf and pray, or you know you can pray anywhere,’ but we can’t. They didn’t understand that we wanted to receive the Eucharist. What was your response when [your priest friend] said, ‘Oh, you’re not allowed to receive the Eucharist.’ What was your response?”
