Now, in this final session, what I would like to cover is how important you are to the plan of God. The power of the Holy Spirit — and praying in that power — is meaningless unless we understand our mission.
What does God want us to do with this power? Yes, the first place, the starting place, is praying for whatever divine help is needed in the situation that we’re covering in prayer. But that’s just the beginning, because God always has more. God is bigger than we can imagine. His power is more than we can imagine. What’s the more that he wants to do in your life? What gifts and talents do you have that he has already anointed? What gifts and talents does he want to anoint more? How can that be used for the kingdom of God? That’s the key to opening up and receiving and living in and praying in the power of the Holy Spirit.
